WE APPRECIATE YOUR PARTICIPATION AND COOPERATION
Georgetown's Annual 4th of July Festival is put on by the SERTOMA Club of Georgetown, TX, and we're thrilled you're interested in joining us!
Our goal is to make this a safe and happy 4th of July event for everyone. There are many volunteers working hard to make it a good day for you, and we appreciate your participation.
Just a reminder, it can get hot. Be sure to have cold fluids available at all times.You may also want to bring a battery operated fan and/or electrolytes.
We would appreciate it if you could design your booth so that buyers are not in the heat, if possible.

Applications must include payment and proof of insurance.
Last day for booth sign ups is 6/15/24.
Vendor Setup & Tear Down
Setup: 6:00am-9:00am on Thursday, July 4th, 2024
Check in with Sertoma volunteers at the main stage to receive booth location. Parking permit is required. Drive your vehicle to designated area, unload as quickly as possible, then move vehicle to parking area. Speed limit is 20 mph at all times anywhere in the park. Road to the vendor area is closed for entrance at 10:00 a.m.

Tear Down: 10:00pm After the Fireworks Show
No vehicles may move into the vendor area until after the fireworks show has ended (approximately 10pm). Shortly after the fireworks show, vendors will be allowed to drive to their booth area to load.
If you decide to leave prior to the end of the fireworks, you must carry all items to your parked vehicle.
Vending Hours & Requirements
Hours: 10:00am - 10:00pm Thursday, July 4, 2024
Vendors may sell until the completion of fireworks and after 10:00 p.m. if there are customers. Note: Vendors can only operate out of their designated booth, no "walk-about" vending. Craft vendors are not allowed to sell or give away any type of beverage, fireworks or live animals.
Proof of Insurance (All Vendors)
Proof of Insurance must be provided to Sertoma Club of Georgetown along with your application and payment.
City of Georgetown Fire Code Compliance (All Vendors)
All vendors must comply with The City of Georgetown Fire Code regulations. Note: the city requires all tents or canopies shall have a minimum of 40 lbs on each leg tied through the frame of your tent.
Health Department (Food Vendors)
The Williamson County Health Dept. requires all food vendors to obtain a temporary food permit. Go to www.wcchd.org to apply.

We are unable to guarantee an exact booth location. Booths are assigned in order of payment received with priority going to the earliest registrants.
You may set up 6:00-10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, July 4, 2024 at the Field in San Gabriel Park. If your booth requires earlier set up, please contact us at georgetown4th@gmail.com for special arrangements on July 3rd between 4:00-7:00 p.m. Note: Sertoma Club of Georgetown does not provide overnight security. Vendors are responsible for the security of their booth.
You will receive a map, parking instructions and parking permit one week before the event. A parking permit is required.
Please circle YES to indicate you need electricity on the vendor application form, and provide the number of amps required. Electricity service ends at 11:30pm on the day of the event.
YES! You can purchase ice onsite from Sertoma volunteers.
